The rooms at Guest House Briz are very spacious and have a large balcony. the location of the guest house is fantastic, being close to the biggest beach, the old town, and the market street with restaurants, shops, currency exchange.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and the room was immaculate. The staff were very very helpful and responsible, you should know it. I enjoyed the room with large balcony, the bed was comfy. The experience was perfect and I would come here again👍

The place was clean, the staff were extremely friendly, the room was quiet, immaculate, and equipped with a fridge and TV.

The rooms here have comfortable beds and are a great value, plus it's in a perfect location near budget-friendly restaurants.

We stayed at a lovely guest house with a stunning sea view. the room was immaculate, with a big double bed and a single bed. the air conditioning worked well, and we enjoyed the balcony with its beautiful views. the shower was nice, the WiFi was reliable, and the staff checked in with us twice to ensure our comfort. the location was great, just a 10-minute walk to the old town. the owners were kind and helpful, providing everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for families, couples, and travel lovers!

There was no parking provided, and we had to use a paid parking nearby. It would have been more convenient if parking had been available at the guest house.

I recently stayed at a wonderful guest house in Nesebar for a few days. The owner and his mother were incredibly kind and made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views of the sea. There was also a lovely common garden area where we could relax. The host went above and beyond to help us, even assisting in recovering a lost bag. I highly recommend this place as the best in town.

The triple room at Sea View Guest House Briz was amazing! The room had everything I needed, like a minibar and a wardrobe. Plus, the balcony had a stunning sea view which made my morning coffee even better!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the electric kettle in the room. But hey, maybe others enjoy having a hot cup of tea at their leisure!

Sea View Guest House Briz in Nesebar was really nice in every way. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the amazing view from our balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and the beach. The host was friendly and helpful, we had everything we needed and even giving us recommendations for open restaurants and supermarkets during the off-season. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out. Despite a small issue with the water temperature in the shower, overall we had a fantastic experience.

The nearest airport was so conveniently close that I could almost see the planes from my room. The beach was a brisk 8-minute stroll away, perfect for pretending to exercise. The cleaning schedule was so luxurious, they only attended to my room every second day!

Oh, how I loved the thrill of searching for public parking in a location nearby. It added an extra element of excitement to my stay.
